Accessories

Height sensor

To keep the nozzle at a constant level our height sensor is used – a device that has been developed for both intermittent and continuous measurement and also offers collision control.

Laser pointer

The Laser Pointer is used to make it easier to select a zero point on the material being worked.

Sand feed

The automatic sand feeder offers continuous sand feed without any downtime for filling. The process is monitored in the HMI.

Sludge handling

The pumping system pumps out cutting sludge from the tank. The sludge is pumped to a tank with a big bag, which is then easily lifted out, to facilitate despatch to landfill.

TiltJet45

TiltJet45 is our 5-axis cutting head adapted for both phase cutting and angular compensation. The tilter features an integrated height control for optimum cutting results.

TiltJet14

TiltJet14 is designed to adjust the cutting angle to eliminate tapered edges typical of waterjet cutting. The TiltJet14 has a robust, compact design that allows for high precision.

Camera

With the help of a camera that is directly connected to the CAD/CAM software Igems, the operator can quickly and efficiently get sheets/residual sheets into the software. The sheet is placed in the cutting machine, and in the software you can see the sheet and the operator can directly place the components in the camera image

High-pressure pumps
